Lolita Dress Design

There's a contest going on and, at the request of my sister, I'm going to enter. I'm supposed to design a Gothic Lolita outfit and send it to Shojo Beat.

I've never heard of Gothic Lolita style before now so I hope I didn't do anything that isn't supposed to be in the style. It looks really fun from what I've seen looking stuff up about it. Like a little Victorian doll!

Anyways... scanned and colored in my new Photoshop! Yay!
